Modeling for prints + digital files
Pixeland offer a free model portfolio to Dundee and Angus models, working for time is a co-operation for mutual benefit between Pixeland and yourself the model. As the model you put in your time, resources and effort and Pixeland do the same, no money changes hands. Pixeland and the model cover our own expenses and benefit from each others skills.
Model fees consist of photographic images supplied to you as digital files on CD (trade time for CD or TFCD), or download from the Pixeland website (TFDL, trade time for download) and optional (TFP, trade time for prints).
Working for time means no one commissioned the photo shoot, Pixeland and model do what is termed personal work (fine art photography). Working for time is a low budget shoot, you the model do your hair, make up and supply your clothes.
TFCD, TFDL, TFP modeling
Model and photographer work together to enhance creative skills and to add to our portfolio. Similar to a test shoot, TFP (trade time for prints) or TFCD (trade time for CD) model and Pixeland provide time in exchange images.
TF stands for trade/time for, TFP is trade/time for prints, TFCD is trade for CD, TFP/CD is both.
Modeling portfolio time for photos
Pixeland are commercial photographers involved in industrial work but wish to expand by working with models on location and portable studio settings. Most TFCD, TFP modeling would be in and around old streets in the City of Dundee Scotland.
Commercial print modeling
Commercial print modeling, this type of modeling promotes products on billboards, buses, magazines and newspapers. Modeling for fashion advertising and product advertising.
Models need have no previous modeling experience but must be 18 or above, common sense should tell you to always have someone with you on any photo shoot.

With over 25 years in photography an LBIPP ABIPP FBIPP qualification is now aimed for (excuse to over inflate our prices). In the meantime our prices remain at £25 per hour.
